Tour olfativo constante – Tres horas en Luckyscent

¡Tres horas! ¿Un montón?… Ni por asomo. O sí, porque para mí fue apenas asomar la nariz.

Puse un pie en L.A. sabiendo que, aunque no tuviera todo el tiempo del mundo debido a otros compromisos, pasaría por el bar de perfumes Luckyscent, al menos por un rato.

Se puede oler todo lo que está allí y más. Tienen fragancias que no exhiben en el local pero enviándoles un mail con unos días de antelación ellos las preparan para que puedas probarlas en tu visita. De hecho, eso fue lo que hice yo.

Luego de recorrer con mi nariz casi todos los grupos olfativos, tuve el agrado de conversar con Carlos -el amabilísimo y apasionado vendedor, quien anteriormente fuera un cliente habitué del lugar- y también con Steven -más conocido como “el genio del bar de perfumes”.

La experiencia completa fue inolvidable y espero con ansias el día de poder volver a perderme entre esas historias embotelladas. Tres horas no son suficientes para explorar el paraíso.

Continuous olfactory tour – Three hours at Luckyscent

Three hours! A lot of time?… No way! That was just a beginning for my nose.

I arrived in L.A. already knowing that, even I didn’t had all the time in the world due to other commitments, I was certainly going to visit the Luckyscent bar and spend,at least, a while in the store.

It is a place where you can smell it all and then some. They even stock a lot of fragrances that they don’t exhibit in the shop; if you want to try them you can send an email some days prior to your visit and they can prepare those specific perfumes for you. Actually that was what I did.

After diving into almost all the olfactive groups with my nose, I had the pleasure of talking with Carlos – the most lovable and passionated vendor, who previously used to be an habitué customer of the place – and also with Steven – a.k.a the “Scent Bar Genius”.

It was an unforgettable experience as a whole. I’m looking foward to the next visit and back to getting myself lost again into all those bottled stories. Three hours are not enough to explore Paradise.
